The IBM Human Computer Interaction (HCI) team is pioneering the next generation of user interfaces and advancing the reality of "ease-of-use" throughout the computing industry. Team members create tools, guidelines, and processes for designing more useable software. In addition, the team continually experiments with new ideas, such as RealThings, to ensure that IBM remains in the forefront of user interface technology and usability.
