1. Why does 'AlertMashup.ear' package fail to generate?

It's very possible that the directory path of 'jar.exe' is not set into the 'PATH' environment. See section: 2.3.2 of Device Alert Mashup Application on Map User Guide.

2. Why are GoogleMaps not displayed?

Several things need to be checked:

1. Make sure you have the license key for GoogleMaps, and set into the configuration file: DataCenterSite.xml. See section: 2.4, and 2.5 of the User's Guide.
2. Make sure the geography address parse is successful, read the log and should not see the error message: "Fail to parse latitude&longitude from address: …".
3. Make sure the Internet is accessible.

3. Why does the alert coming not flash on the map?

Several things need to be checked:

1. Make sure the device IP has been added into configuration file correctly. This is a necessary step. See section: 2.5 of the User's Guide.
2. Make sure the tag is added under tag.
3. Make sure the alert has arrived.
4. Make sure the Internet is accessible.
