1. Does this application support other calendars besides Notes Calendar?

The design of the Calendar Service is general, not restricted to one specific kind of calendar. But in this version, only Notes Calendar targeted service is implemented. Extensions to support other Calendars can be done in future versions.

2. Can the “stockInfoReaderIP” attribute in LifeAssistantConf_client.properties be changed to another stock info query engine?

In this version, the Stock News Service only supports queries for China stocks, provided by the Sina stock info query engine. Therefore, please do not change the “stockInfoReaderIP” attribute.

3. Why is the application not working?

Make sure the Internet is accessible, and the communication between the server and client is not blocked. Try to ping the server’s IP from the client machine, and ping the client’s IP from server machine.

4. Why does GoogleMaps not display?

1. Make sure you have acquired the license key for GoogleMaps, and set to the “mapLicenseKey” attribute in LifeAssistantConf_client.properties. See sections 2.5 and 2.6 of the user's guide included with the download.
2. Make sure the Internet is accessible.
3. If still not working, the geography address parse may fail. Try use another description of the departure and destination locations.
