1. Why can't I execute build.bat?

Please make sure that you have downloaded the required dynamic libraries and put them in the directory cimprovidertool/lib. Also make sure that you have installed either Sun's or IBM's® Java™ Run-time Environment (JRE) (Version 1.4 or above) on your system.

2. How can I get the Tutorial that explains further use of the tool?

After you unzip the package, you can find the document Tutorial.pdf, which explains how to use the tool.
