Platform requirements for IBM SWT Data Binding Toolkit for RAD

Operating system: Windows® 2000, XP (tested)

RAM: 256 MB minimum

Software: Rational Application Developer, Version 6, updated to Rational Application Developer Version 6.0.0.1

Installation instructions for IBM SWT Data Binding Toolkit for RAD

  1. Download and unzip the contents to a temporary directory.
  2. Copy both the eclipse and rad directories from the temp directory to the 6.0 directory of your RAD 6.0.0.1 (for example: C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\).
  3. Launch RAD with a new workspace; if launching RAD with an existing workspace, then use the command line "-clean".
