Installation instructions

1. Download the dtjcb-1.0.1.zip file and unzip it onto the Eclipse 3.0 installation directory so that the contents in its features and plugins directories go into the respective directories for Eclipse 3.0.
2. Review the license in the license-dtjcb directory.
3. Follow the instructions in the doc-dtjcb/prereqs-n-install.html file inside the zip file.
