Guides Assistant for Creating Task Documentation

Software:

• Eclipse 3.4 for RCP/Plug-ins Developers or Eclipse 3.3 with the Plug-in Development Environment (PDE)
• Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF) 2.3
• Java 1.5

1. Download the appropriate zipped update site: guides_assistant_update_site_3.4.zip for Eclipse 3.4 or guides_assistant_update_site_3.3.zip for Eclipse 3.3.
2. Unzip the update site.
3. Open Eclipse. Go to the menu and select Help > Software Update > Find and Install.
4. Select the option Search for new features to install.
5. Click on the button New Local Site. Select the path in which you unziped the update site.
6. Check the newly added local site and click on the Next button.
7. Follow the instructions, accept the license, and click on Finish.
