Zvi Har'El's current interest is in Internet Technologies. He is a faculty member at the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology, and is currently on sabbatical at IBM Reserach Laboratory in Haifa. In the past, he had visiting positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill and in the University of Illinois at Urbana. Dr. Har'El received his DSc and BSc degrees from the Technion.
Zvi Rosberg's current interest and activity is in the area of Internet Technologies: collaborative computing, resource allocation, and power control in cellular radio systems. He has published numerous papers in the areas of communication networks, queueing theory, control of queueing systems, applied probability, analysis of algorithms in communication and computing systems, power control and resource allocation in cellular radio systems, and performance evaluation. Dr. Rosberg has held positions in academia and in industry, and, since 1990, he has been the program manager of Communication Networks at IBM's Haifa Research Laboratory in Israel. He has been the project leader of IBM's license product NetDA/2 (Network Design and Analysis on OS/2) and Remote AWT for Java. Dr. Rosberg received PhD, MA, and BSc degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
