Raymond B. Jennings, III, is an advisory engineer at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, New York. He works in the area of network system software and enterprise networking. Mr. Jennings received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Western New England College and his M.S. in Computer Engineering from Manhattan College. He is also a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Computer Science at Polytechnic University.
