RBManager has graduated!
RBManager is now an open-source project hosted by the Internationalization Components for Unicode for JavaTM (ICU4J). The latest version of the product is now available for downloading at the ICU4J site, as is the source code and documentation.
The stability and acceptance of the latest releases of RBManager enabled the tool to move on from its home at alphaWorks to the new site with direct support of IBM's internationalization team. Many thanks go out to all those who downloaded the project here at alphaWorks and contributed their thoughts on improving it.
