SmartMarkers for Browsers was developed by Paul Engelfield, Mark Farmer, and Mark Tibbits. They are all usability consultants working for the UK Usability Competency Center in IBM's Ease of Use team. They support both customers and IBM teams in the design and evaluation of user interfaces, and they provide training for both user interface design and user-centered design principles and techniques.
