SOAP for Java has graduated!

SOAP for Java has been contributed to form the Apache SOAP project.


About the technology author(s):
Matthew J. Duftler is a software engineer at IBM's T. J. Watson Research Center. He has been with IBM since September 1996 and has been at Watson since October 1997. Mr. Duftler divides his time between working for IBM and serving in the United States Marine Corps.

Sanjiva Weerawarana is a research staff member and manager of the Component Systems group at IBM's T. J. Watson Research Center, where he has been since August 1997. His research is centered around component-oriented programming. He is also the creator and architect of BML, another alphaWorks technology. Dr. Weerawarana received his BS (1988) and MS (1989) in Applied Mathematics/Computer Science from Kent State University and his PhD (1994) in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Francisco Curbera is a software engineer at IBM's T. J. Watson Research Center. He joined IBM's Madrid Scientific Center in 1989 and then IBM Research in 1993, where he is now part of the Component Systems Group. Mr. Curbera has worked on developing tag programming languages and software tools for the design of user interfaces and interactive end-user applications.
