Peter Wansch is a staff software developer at the IBM Toronto Lab. He is currently working on the DB2 Universal Database administration tools, which are largely written in Java. Before joining the IBM Toronto Lab, Mr. Wansch worked at IBM Global Services on a re-engineering project, consolidating all back-office applications for IBM Learning Services into a global, run-once system.
Mr. Wansch holds a MSc. degree in Computer Science from the Vienna University of Technology in Austria. His interests include network programming, large-scale Java application development, time-based media processing in Java, relational databases, pervasive computing, and software analysis.
