What is Toolkit for Custom and Reusable Solution Information?
This easy-to-use toolkit helps subject matter experts and other users easily create build-to-order solution information centers by aggregating and customizing existing content without needing specific information development skills. The information centers produced by the toolkit are ready to deploy locally or over a network. The toolkit is a Windows® desktop application built with the Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP) technology.
How does it work? The toolkit provides an intuitive GUI that helps users create custom solution information centers by aggregating existing materials from various sources. Features include drag-and-drop visual manipulation of the navigation tree, instant previewing, automatic packaging, feed rendering support in information centers, and more. The toolkit implements its features through a set of Eclipse plug-ins running on the Eclipse RCP platform.
