Julio Ruano is a software engineer working for the IBM UDDI Public Node team. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. As a member of the UDDI team, Mr. Ruano is responsible for the development and implementation of the API and its conformity to the specification.
