The Pervasive Computing Division is responsible for integrating the company's technologies, software, hardware, and services around emerging opportunities in wireless and mobile solutions. Pervasive Computing has been identified as an Emerging Business Opportunity for IBM; it is a young business area that will be critical to IBM's growth in the years ahead.
