XML Wrapper Generator was developed at the IBM Almaden Research Center by Felix Naumann and these researchers: Mauricio Hernandez, Howard Ho, Sabine Massmann, and Lucian Popa.
Felix Naumann graduated in 2000 with a Ph.D. from the Humboldt University of Berlin in
Germany. His thesis topic was "Quality-Driven Information Integration." Since 2001, Dr. Naumann has worked at the IBM Almaden Research Center and has been involved in projects relating to Schema Mapping and information integration.
XML Wrapper Generator is based on the "Clio" research prototype for general schema mapping between relational and XML schemata. |
