Platform requirements for Data Collector for IBM Web Services Navigator

There are two supported application server environments:

WebSphere® Application Server or WebSphere Business Integration Server Foundation

• Minimum supported versions of WebSphere Application Server include either of the following:
• Version 5.1.0 with Cumulative Fix 5 (Version 5.1.0.5) and with interim fix PQ89492
• Version 5.1 Fix Pack 1 (Version 5.1.1)
• Platforms:
• AIX® 5.2
• Microsoft Windows® Server 2003 SE
• SUSE Linux® Enterprise Server (SLES) 8

WebSphere Studio Application Developer 5.1.2 or WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition 5.1.1

• Supported only in WebSphere Application Server Version 5.1.0.5 (with interim fix PQ89492) or Version 5.1.1 test environment.
• Platforms:
• Windows 2000 Professional
• Windows XP Professional
• SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 8

1. Download the package to a temporary location on your machine.
2. Decompress the files to obtain the ReadMe document and the fwm120.agent.jar file.
3. Please see the ReadMe file for further installation instructions. The installation procedure installs the Data Collector for IBM Web Services Navigator as an application-specific handler in your WebSphere environment.
