Achille Fokoué has worked on XML Schema and XML-related technologies at IBM's T. J. Watson Research Center (Yorktown Heights, NY) for one year and a half. Mr. Fokoué received his MS in Computer Science from École Centrale Paris in 1999.

Bob Schloss, a senior software engineer, is working on developer tools for the XML Schema language at IBM's T. J. Watson Research Center in the Next Generation Web group. He received an AB degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Yale University. Mr. Schloss is a founding member of the XML Research group at IBM, and he has a long involvement with Web data interchange standards. For more information, please see his home page.

Tom Gallivan is a software contractor with experience in XML, Java, C/C++, and Smalltalk applications. He received a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Roberto Galnares is pursuing a PhD in Computer and Information Science at New Jersey Institute of Technology in the field of improved hypermedia functionality for the World Wide Web. He received his BS in Computer Science from the Universidad LaSalle in Mexico City in 1984. Mr. Galnares has been working on the development and implementation of new IS technologies for 15 years in Mexico, Spain, and the United States.
