Tim Grose, the XMI Framework developer, is an Advisory Software Engineer in the Software Group. He has worked at IBM for about ten years. His experience with IBM includes testing an expert system shell, implementing a C++ interpreter, implementing an object modeling tool, and helping develop the XML Metadata Interchange specifications and tools.
