XML Schema Quality Checker

Java^TM tool: Java Run-time Environment, Version 1.3 or 1.4

1. Unzip the files into any directory (use the option to maintain folder names during the unzip because there are nested directories in the install).
2. The XML_Schema_Quality_Checker_Readme.html file in the ZIP includes more detailed instructions on installation, testing installation correctness, and using the program.
